Love me for me A Songbreeze and Blackheart love story
Prologue The story begins at Breezeclan camp,at night,in the nursery.There,a queen named Darkwhisker was giving birth to her last litter.Another queen lay beside her,licking her fur reapetedly.Her name was Mossears.And her quarter-moon old son,Blackkit,was staring intently at his mother,wide-eyed.Rockpath,the medicine cat,was feeding Darkwhisker some seeds to help sooth the aching pain as she pushed one more time.Outside of the den,a ginger tom,Onetree, was padding around in circles anxiously,waiting.After moments have passed, there was two little scraps of fur,one gray and one black,were suckling on there mother's milk.Darkwhisker just stared at them lovingly as Onetree stepped into the nursery,impatient to see his kits.The black she-cat lifted her head to the ginger tom,nuzzling him gently.
"They're beautiful." The tom whispered,laying beside her.
Blackkit stumbled to the cats,slowly leaning in to take a closer look at the two kits,but mostly the gray one.Another kit,Sparrowkit,approached his brother, also leaning forward to see the gray she-kit.
"What are you going to call them?" Blackkit squeaked to the queen,his eyes clouded with curiosity,but then looking back down at the kits.He was not that much bigger,or older,then them,and so they seemed to be the same age.
"It's alright,Mossears.They're not bothering anyone." Darkwhisker replied faintly. She turned her attention back to the two tom-kits.
"I really don't know what to name them.There are so many names that suit them......" She trailed off."I don't have any ideas either." Onetree said. "Why don't you name them?" He continued,leaning his head lightly to the side. Blackkit and Sparrowkit looked up at them,confused. "But they're your kits! We couldn't possibly come up with good names!" Sparrowkit protested. "Songkit....." Blackkit meowed silently,barely a whisper. "What was that,Blackkit?" Darkwhisker asked. "Songkit." He repeated,this time louder. "That should be her name.I think." His voice lowered due to his immense shyness.
Darkwhisker looked at the tom blankly. "Tell me,Blackkit.Why do you think she should be called Songkit?" She asked in a motherly voice.
"W-well.She's as beautiful as the songs that I hear the birds sing in the morning." He replied shyly. "That's the corniest thing I've ever heard!" Sparrowkit piped up. "Hush,Sparrowkit." His mother mewed,placing a paw over Sparrowkit's head.
"Very well then,Songkit it is." Onetree whispered contentedly.

Since I started writing my fan-fic,I've always wanted to make Songbreeze and Blackheart mates for some strange reason.But I said to myself:'Well,if they're ever gonna be mates,I might aswell write a story of the relationship!Since I'll mostly be focusing on Waterclan.'
And this prologue was a little story about how Songbreeze first got her name that was lolling in my mind for like,5-6 months(That was a LONG time).I FINALLY decided to write a story about these two,and I started at the beginning,when they first became friends(But that actually happens in Chapter 1).It might contain spoilers to the actual story,but that was the whole point,seeing as I'm having writers block with that story.X(

NOTE: At the beginning of this story,Moonkit,Sunkit,Snakekit,Ash adn Webby aren't born yet.
NOTE #2: Yes,Darkwhisker and Onetree are Songbreeze's parents,and Mossears is Sparrowkit's and Blackkit's mother(They are brothers),but in my 'The Four clans' fan-fiction,she is currently deceased.And that black kit is Bloodgaze.
